Hi, I’m Rhiannah – founder, baker, and cocktail curator behind PatisseRhi.

What began as a childhood passion for baking has grown into a full-blown creative journey. From the comforting smell of fresh cookies to the joy of hand-decorating every detail, baking has always brought me happiness. Over the years, I’ve refined my craft to create show-stopping cakes, elegant pastries, and sweet treats that taste every bit as good as they look.

My love for cocktails came a little later, but it sparked a whole new creative avenue. I quickly discovered that mixing drinks could be just as imaginative and expressive as baking.

And so, PatisseRhi was born – a unique fusion of beautifully crafted bakes and bespoke cocktails. I now spend my days pairing the two, creating unforgettable experiences for clients who want something a little different, a little indulgent, and a lot delicious
